Lim is the Principal Consultant of Matrix Paradigm. With more than 40 years of senior management experience, Lim is a Strategist Specialist in Strategic Management, Organisational Transformation, Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Lim is also a VISTAGE Chair of 2 CEO groups for the past 3 years and was a key member for 15 years prior to becoming a Chair. He personally coaches, mentors and motivates about 25 CEOs per month and has clocked in more than 2,500 hours of coaching and mentoring. In addition, he is a VISTAGE Chair for a Key Executive Group of about 12 Key Executives.
Prior to this, Lim was the Managing Director of Ricoh Malaysia for 21 years. His vision, passion and determination for expansion helped Ricoh Malaysia achieve exemplary growth and strong market presence in Malaysia.
Lim first started off in the rank and file of operations and organisation management where he accumulated vast experience in every aspect of operations. He held various roles in supply chain management including warehousing, logistics, storekeeping, forklift driver as well as shipping clerk besides other key operational responsibilities.
Subsequent to that, Lim joined Xerox Corporation as a salesman and within 10 years, he rose to be the National Sales Manager. Having acquired in depth knowledge and experience about Sales Management, he was a much sought after sales trainer for Xerox’s sales force.
Lim has consistently deployed unorthodox methods to lead and motivate Ricoh Malaysia. Under his stewardship, Ricoh Malaysia was successfully transformed into a vibrant organisation that was highly motivated on the back of actively engaged employees. In addition, Lim’s hands-on and unconventional talent recruitment, development and management techniques resulted in a high performing team for Ricoh Malaysia.

WOON TIEN ERN

Woon is a Senior Consultant focusing on Sales Leadership and Coaching, Personal & Organisation Profiling, Training Needs Assessment as well as Competency Development. Besides clocking in more than 300 hours of Coaching, Woon has extensive experience in Financial and Business Acumen given his involvement in the finance and banking industry for more than 8 years. Furthermore, he has strong execution and project management capabilities.
Woon was formerly a Corporate Banker with the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ’s (the largest global Japanese bank). He oversaw a portfolio of conglomerates that were involved in various businesses including plantation, property and infrastructure development, trading as well as construction.
Prior to that, Woon was with RAM Ratings, the pioneer credit rating agency in Malaysia. He was heavily involved in evaluating structured finance transactions as well as various debt capital market exercises across diverse industries including manufacturing, aviation, automotive manufacturing, shipping, commodity supply chain as well as oil and gas. Woon spearheaded the ratings of hybrid perpetual sukuk at RAM Ratings and rated the world’s first rated hybrid perpetual sukuk issued by the largest airport operator in Malaysia. In addition, he constructed and implemented the first standardised financial projection model for adoption throughout RAM Ratings.
Apart from that, Woon has 2 years of internal audit experience with United Overseas Bank – which he joined after graduating from Universiti Sains Malaysia with a Bachelor in Accounting (Hons).

MELVIN TAN
Associate Consultant

Melvin is an Associate Consultant specialising in team development and individual peak performance. In addition, he is also serving as an Area Director for Toastmasters International District 51 (Malaysia) 2015/2016.
As a Toastmasters Area Director, Melvin is responsible for membership growth as well as learning development for community and corporate clubs from various industries including British American Tobacco, Seri Stamford University, Ernst & Young, Speecom and Asian Football Confederation. At the District level, he spearheads strategies that are aligned with District 51’s goals to retain and facilitate membership growth from a current base of more than 100 members.
Elsewhere, he serves as a board adviser and training consultant for National University of Singapore’s Young Social Entrepreneur Club. Besides providing strategic advice for the club’s direction, he also manages and facilitates relationship with key employers in Singapore, He is also instrumental in providing peak performance resources for the personal development of the club’s members.

Kim is the methodology evangelist of the DISC assessment framework, with over 18 years of hands-on experience. In addition, she has assisted numerous organisations in various areas of human capital development and management including refining organisational structures, job evaluation, preparing Job Terms of Reference and soft skills competency assessment. Prior to this, Kim was a Senior Manager of Thomas International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (wholly owned by Deloitte Consulting Malaysia).
Kim is a Certified User of Thomas DISC management tools with Thomas International UK Ltd. Currently, she is a Certified Trainer for Thomas DISC Certified Users Programme. She is also trained in Test for Selection and Training (TST), an assessment for knowledge workers and has been applying it extensively in her work. She was the project manager involved in Designing and Delivering of Assessment Centre for Senior Managers of a Malaysian conglomerate. In addition, Kim is also a Certified Assessor for Assessment Centre for Senior Management positions. Kim graduated in 1983 with a BSC Agribusiness.

With a BHSc in Communication from IIUM, his passion for human communication saw him explore customer service, journalism, public relations and eventually learning & development for 20 years. Thus far, he has delivered more than 12,500 hours of learning programs at both middle and upper management levels.
His key career role was Project Delivery Lead and Learning Coach at the Accenture Connected Learning Centre for 7 years where he delivered learning programs to employees from around the world. This led to him gaining deep knowledge and skills in interpersonal, intercultural and written communication. He has been certified by international bodies such as the TRACOM Group, Workforce Performance LLC UK, Infomation Mapping International and FranklinCovey.
With Nadzrin’s help developing effective learning solutions, clients can increase the clarity of inter-departmental communication, develop visionary and strategic leadership, create targeted, impactful presentations and improve team collaboration.
